Sarah A. Huck is a shareholder in the firm's Litigation Practice. She focuses her practice on ERISA litigation, working on litigation involving plan sponsors, administrators and trustees of ERISA-covered plans. Sarah also represents actuaries and other financial professionals in actions filed in state and federal courts around the country, in addition to handling other complex civil litigation matters.
She is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Wisconsin, the Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, the United States Supreme Court and a variety of state and federal courts across the country.

Representing an actuarial consulting firm in an action brought by a state retirement system alleging malpractice and seeking more than $70 million

Serving as counsel to an international company that was the victim of a racketeering and fraud scheme, resulting in a favorable jury verdict that is the largest in Wisconsin history

Defending successfully a former fiduciary of an ESOP against claim of fiduciary breach

Serving as counsel in arbitration of a deadlocked vote between trustees of a national Taft-Hartley ERISA plan in which the arbitrator accepted our client's position in all respects
