Rebecca E. Greene is a member of the firm's Employee Benefits Practice. Rebecca counsels a wide variety of corporate and multiemployer plan clients on every aspect of plan design and administration for retirement plans, health benefit plans and non-qualified deferred compensation arrangements. She also advises plan fiduciaries on corporate governance issues and fiduciary compliance under both federal and state law.
