Lucien A. Beaudry is a member of the Tax and Business Law Practices and he also works with the firm's Executive Compensation and Tax-Exempt Organizations teams. Lucien is a frequent speaker on a variety of tax and business law topics and guest lectures in the Master of Taxation Program at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. As a licensed certified public accountant, Lucien brings unique financial understanding when advising clients on tax and business law issues. Lucien is a graduate of Leadership Milwaukee and a community volunteer.

- Assisted shareholders and LLC members in structuring ownership interests, planning for succession, restructuring and resolving disputes

Structured mergers and acquisitions to maximize after-tax proceeds to clients (when selling) or minimize tax costs after the transaction (when buying)
