Prior to joining Reinhart, Kenny was an associate with an international law firm, where he practiced in the firm's Information Technology & Outsourcing, and Privacy, Security & Information Management practices. Before attending law school, Kenny spent more than 15 years working in the software and technology industries, which has provided him a valuable perspective on how to best structure technology transactions.
