• Recently assisted with briefing and preparation of successful defeat of preliminary injunction in a patent case pending in the Western District of Wisconsin’s “Rocket Docket”
• Member of trial team in multi-patent biotechnology case pending in the District of Delaware (and related state law action on appeal in California)
• Member of trial team in related multi-patent suits involving lithium-ion battery technology, pending in the U.S. District courts for the E.D. of Wisconsin and N.D. of Georgia
• Drafted brief in support of motion in opposition to motion to re-open then-stayed patent case in the E.D. of Texas
• Researched Federal Circuit case law regarding patent licensing issues in an arbitration between a biotechology company and a private university
• Assisted in winning summary judgment for a large Wisconsin financial institution by co-drafting a summary judgment memorandum
