Insurance Coverage and Financial Litigation

Mr. Krier represents insurers, corporations and individuals in insurance coverage and bad faith matters and in complex litigation involving claims against financial professionals. His experience includes litigating individual and class action claims for contractual and extra-contractual damages under the following types of policies:

Mr. Krier also has significant experience defending financial professionals, such as actuaries and valuation specialists in malpractice, RICO and fraudulent transfer actions nationwide.

Fiduciary Litigation

Mr. Krier represents fiduciaries, beneficiaries and family members in complex trust, estate and probate disputes. His clients include corporate and individual trustees, trust and estate beneficiaries, charitable organizations, personal representatives and shareholders of closely held businesses. Mr. Krier's experience includes prosecuting and defending claims for breach of fiduciary duty, petitions for accounting, petitions for release and discharge of trustee, petitions for removal of trustee, actions to recover trust and estate assets, will contests, claims against estates and other trust and probate litigation.
