David A. Erne has been practicing business law with the firm for more than 40 years and is now of counsel. His practice has included all areas of corporate law, as well as banking, real estate, business bankruptcy and international law. His corporate clients include businesses in manufacturing, distribution, insurance and health care, both publicly and privately held.
