Christopher P. Banaszak chairs the firm's Labor and Employment Practice and is a shareholder in the Litigation Practice.  

Chris serves a wide range of manufacturing and service industry clients, including financial institutions. He is also a frequent speaker at labor and employment seminars, offering proactive solutions to corporate and human resources executives and managers.

Representative Matters and Experience 

• Successfully representing numerous clients in disputes involving former employees who misappropriated confidential information and/or trade secrets, violated their duties of loyalty or violated noncompetition agreements
• Defending a group of financial services professionals in a dispute involving noncompetition agreements, helping his clients to resolve the matter in a way that enabled them to continue to grow their business
• Representing shareholders in a dissolution action involving a family-owned real estate business, achieving a total victory for his clients at trial
• On behalf of a health care client, successfully pursuing claims against a group of employees who attempted to disrupt the business of the company by abruptly resigning en masse and taking company information with them
