Alicia R. Mohn is an attorney in the firm's Employee Benefits Practice, where she serves the needs of business clients, municipalities and state government entities in matters related to single-employer and Taft-Hartley plans.

• Advising public pension fund clients on fiduciary, contract and policy development matters
• Amending trust agreements in a Taft-Hartley plan merger
• Drafting summary plan descriptions of pension plans
• Ensuring that Medicare Part D elements in single-employer plans are government compliant
