REINHART AND GRANDBRIDGE TO PRESENT HUD FINANCING SEMINARS

MILWAUKEE –  Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c attorneys, Grandbridge Real Estate Capital mortgage bankers and other executives will present "HUD Financing:  Welcome Back To The Neighborhood." The seminar will be offered in Madison on April 20, 2010 at the Hilton Garden Inn in Middleton, Wisconsin, and in Milwaukee on April 21, 2010 at Reinhart's downtown offices.

"With the traditional lending market remaining tepid, HUD financing has once again become a great option for owners and developers of multifamily properties," explains Reinhart attorney Harvey L. Temkin. Temkin will be one of the featured presenters at the Madison seminar.

Topics to be discussed will include the unique aspects of Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) financing, associated legal considerations, strategies to present a successful project to the Department, property tax assessments and their impact on financing, and overviews and updates of various other available financing programs.
