The Wisconsin Law Journal interviewed Reinhart attorney Don Millis for the article, "Flexible Fees, Firms listening to clients when it comes to charges."

Don discussed the increased number of clients interested in challenging their property tax assessments in 2009. To address some client concerns regarding the related legal fees, he offers his services on a contingent fee basis, rather than charging a traditional billing rate, for these matters. Don notes that clients typically feel better about contingent fee arrangements for this service as "in reality, they have gotten a significant tax reduction and had to pay nothing for it.”
