The Trial Science Institute (TSI) is a groundbreaking and innovative resource housed in Reinhart's Milwaukee office. One of the first of its kind in the nation when built in 1999, the TSI enables trial lawyers to provide greater value, insight and expertise to their clients. The TSI offers trial lawyers a variety of research options designed to reduce the guesswork in trial preparation and increase the likelihood of success. Each trial preparation program is tailored to meet client needs.
Reinhart's Litigation Practice played an integral role in the design and creation of the TSI, which provides the latest in jury research tools in order to prepare lawyers and litigants for major trials. The TSI is equipped with state-of-the-art technology. Its three jury rooms feature videotaping capabilities to permit observation of mock juries in deliberation.
